Tuesday evening intimate yoga

Emma teaches intuitive yoga, encouraging us to let go of what we think we know and to find a new way of moving that brings us back to our beginning: the spine. Inspired by Vanda Scaraveli, this progressive practice is about quality of movement, not quantity, where less is more.

When we do less, we learn to feel more and our body delights in the softness and the opportunity to let go and release as we tune into its relationship with earth and gravity.

Online class - 3 week series (May)

Online class series (May)

Deepen your personal practice and join live on Zoom or catch up on the recordings which will be sent out after class

WHEN: Every Wednesday for 3 weeks - 29th April, 6th & 13th May

TIME: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

COST: £45 for the block of three or drop-in for £18 if there’s space. You can also purchase one recording for £18.

Can’t make it to class? No problem!

These classes are designed for those of you who can’t make in-person classes, who are on the move or who are not based in Guernsey.

Ideal for those of you wanting to cultivate a more consistent home practice whilst getting deeper into your body from the comfort of your own space (or wherever you may be!).

Watching recordings back can be extremely valuable as you are seeing yours/others movement patterns which you may otherwise be unconscious of.

Emma can’t manage to attend her teacher’s class live time, but finds huge benefit in receiving the recordings, and using these to base her home practice around. So even if you can’t attend in person, you might sign up to receive the weekly recordings (also £45).

Live time spaces limited to 8 spaces.

Email to go on drop-in/cancellation list.

I’ve really enjoyed the online yoga classes. Joining from home is convenient and the classes are relaxed being in a small group. It’s helpful to watch the video afterwards and to have available for a more guided home practice
— Helen
I always enjoy Emma’s classes but having an online class and recording means that I can join from anywhere. It forces me to do yoga between my usual weekly in person classes and I don’t have to leave the house and drive across the island on dark and stormy nights. Come with an open mind and heart as always to classes. I think we’re all surprised how much we are enjoying the concept
— Jane

Yoga Workshop

A 2.5hr workshop exploring:

Intimate asana practice - to bring greater ease into the body, release habitual movement patterns, free your energy, encourage healing, raise consciousness and allow a more rested state of mind.

Pranayama & meditation - an opportunity for focusing awareness, pranayama is said to be the bridge between the physical practices of yoga and the workings of the mind. Over time, this takes us increasingly towards stillness.
