Friday yoga with Emma
Emma teaches intuitive yoga, encouraging us to let go of what we think we know and to find a new way of moving that brings us back to our beginning: the spine. Inspired by Vanda Scaraveli, this progressive practice is about quality of movement, not quantity, where less is more. When we do less, we learn to feel more and our body delights in the softness and the opportunity to let go and release as we tune into its relationship with earth and gravity.
Weekly Yin & Reiki with Grace
Join Grace to melt into the weekend through the practice of Yin whilst receiving Reiki at the same time.
This practice aims to nourish our deep Yin tissues (fascia, tendons & ligaments), whilst nourishing our elemental body through the lens of TCM.
Harmonise your energy flow and bring your nervous system into a state of rest & digest through a series of long-held poses, with the help of bolsters, blocks, blankets and cushions.
Beginners welcome.
Monday yoga with Grace
Grace has been studying with Emma intensively over the last 2 years, immersing herself in yoga, Reiki and Yin. Grace is also a Reiki Master offering treatments and a keen sound healer.
The class is Hatha yoga, heavily influenced by Emma’s teachings. Grace’s teaching style is rooted in finding freedom, stability and ease, inspired by the Scaravelli-inspired approach and tantric teachings.
After benefiting so greatly from this practice, she hopes that in sharing yoga you may also find healing in freeing the spine, breath & mind.
