Connect, flow and rest 

Calling all Reiki students! Whether you are newly attuned or have been practicing for years, you are warmly invited to join our upcoming Reiki Share.

We will gather to support one another, practice, and community-build in a beautiful space nestled among the treetops.

What to expect:

• Land in the body: a grounding body scan and breath awareness practice to settle our energy.

• Group sharing: hands-on Reiki exchange in supportive small groups.

• Insight and reflection: closing the session with oracle cards and a moment of connection.

Come exactly as you are to share the light and fill your own cup. Spaces are limited to keep the groups intimate.

WHEN: Saturday 5th December, 1pm – 2pm

WHERE: Cobo Community Centre (upstairs among the treetops)

COST: £5 per person
