30 Minutes of Bespoke, Somatic Yoga: A private, highly tailored movement practice focused on just a couple of potent postures. Rather than forcing your body into rigid shapes, we work together to shift unhelpful movement patterns and stagnant ways of being. You will learn how to open up to something entirely new, leaving you with a practical, potent ritual to carry directly into your daily home practice.
30 Minutes of Private Reiki Transmission: Immediately following your movement, you will transition into stillness to receive a direct stream of universal life force energy. Emma and her eldest son, Elijah, love cats and they love giving Reiki to cats. Both are Reiki Masters with lots of experience of giving Reiki to their own Bengal cat, Bazza, and to other family and friend’s cats. They are available for home visits to channel Reiki to your cat(s) for up to 30 minutes.

Reiki and talk online
It might sound ridiculous to pay to talk, but often our friends and family don't see life the same way we do, especially if we are doing the work on ourselves and going through some internal change. Working intuitively, Emma will channel distance Reiki while you talk. Sessions can take place through Skype, Facetime or Zoom.

Enjoy a Reiki treatment while simultaneously exploring your Ayurvedic needs. More on ReikiThe word ‘Reiki’, which is Japanese and pronounced ‘ray-key’, means ‘universal life force energy’. Eastern medicine has always recognised and worked with this energy, which flows through all living things and is vital to well-being. Known as ‘ki’ in Japan, ‘chi’ in China and ‘prana’ in India, Acupuncture, T’ai chi and Yoga are also based on the free-flow of this energy in a person.
Ki energy can be activated for the purpose of healing. When we feel healthy and full of enthusiasm, the flow of ki energy in our body is high and free. Life feels easier to deal with and we have a higher resistance to illness and disease.
However, when our ki energy is low, because maybe we are under stress or feeling unhappy and tired, we will be more susceptible to disease and sickness, our attitude will be generally negative and we will find it difficult to deal with life’s challenges.

Reiki helps us to get to the root cause of loss of wellness, rather than merely focusing on the symptoms, and induces a sense of deep relaxation in the process, promoting a calm, peaceful sense of well being on all levels.
It also balances the emotions and frees us from restrictive mental attitudes, behaviour patterns and addictions, improving our relationships (including with ourself) and helping to restore wholeness.
Reiki encourages and supports positive personal choices, such as improving diet, taking more exercise, devoting time for rest or leisure activities, and may reduce the need for alcohol and tobacco.
Engendering greater inner harmony and balance, regular Reiki treatments promote a calmer response to life’s challenges.

Reiki’s gentle energy is easily adapted to most medical conditions and may be used safely by people of all ages, including the newborn, pregnant mothers, children, surgical patients, the frail and the elderly, in any situation.

A Reiki treatment is non-diagnostic, non-interventionist, non-manipulative and no pressure is applied.
A Reiki treatment usually lasts sixty minutes and is carried out with the recipient lying in a comfortable and peaceful environment. There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki energy passes easily through all materials, including plaster casts.
The practitioner places their hands gently on the body. The recipient automatically draws in only as much Reiki as is needed, using it in whatever way is most appropriate at the time.
Reiki may be experienced as a flow of energy, mild tingling, warmth, coolness, other sensations, or nothing at all. Reiki is deeply relaxing and has a profoundly calming effect.

Even one single Reiki session can make a difference; however a course of regular treatments may be more effective. These may be weekly, fortnightly or less often depending on the needs of the individual.
A treatment plan will be discussed with you, and reviewed as necessary. This will always be subject to your own preferences, and can be changed at any time according to progress.

A 60 minute Reiki session for adults costs £75 and includes an oracle card reading (optional) and Emma will also dowse you a Bach flower remedy to support your ongoing healing (optional).
Reiki for children and cats costs £35 for 30 minutes. Reiki to clear your house costs £80 per hour.

Being complementary, Reiki works effectively alongside orthodox healthcare and natural remedies, expanding treatment options.
