Chakra immersion

A 5-week immersion for those who are keen to learn more about the chakras from their own embodied experience.

Taking place:

Tuesday 4th November
Tuesday 11th November
Tuesday 18th November
Tuesday 25th November
Tuesday 2nd December

Support your ongoing healing and personal and spiritual development - life may well positively change!

This is an intuitive approach to practice - each session will focus on a specific chakra or chakras, incorporating relevant breath awareness, the Scaravelli-inspired approach to āsana, and relaxation.

It is intended that you will have much more awareness of imbalances/balances in your chakra system.

A chakra guide will be available to those interested, to understand more about what can be done to keep supporting a specific chakra.

Reiki will be shared where possible and those Reiki-attuned are encouraged to give themselves Reiki where possible too. 

What’s needed - an open heart and mind and a keenest to take responsibility and drop-inside. Also a mat and blanket.

TIME: 6pm - 7.15pm

COST: £90 for the block. £23 drop-in rate. No refunds for missed classes.
