Life is increasingly busy and overwhelming, and we often struggle to find the space to rest and digest our life experiences, let alone our food stuff. Over time this leads to increased stress, anxiety, depression and inability to sleep, which causes a potential loss of wellness and vitality and may result in dis-ease.
Emma would love to offer you the space to pause, to rest, digest and just be.
We will begin with an inner enquiry, practiced lying down as I guide you through each of your chakras, to discover what is keen to be seen and heard, before enjoying some breathing exercises to calm and quieten the mind, some yoga postures to help you process and let it go and a guided relaxation to rest and rejuvenate.
This is a nourishing practice which will hopefully leave you feeling a little lighter, brighter and clearer than when you arrived.
