For those Reiki Level Two attuned and above, you are excitedly invited to join Emma to work with the symbols to further empower and heal you.
We will join together in circle for a centring meditation before taking a journey through the chakras and seeing where we are at. We will enjoy some bio-dynamic exercises to shift stagnant and/or blocked energy, before a moving Reiki meditation.
We will sit and feel into each of the symbols, noting how they make us feel. We will then consider the ways we disempower ourselves and how this shows up in the life we are living. We might consider then, what might need to change, perhaps not the steps, but the life we’d like to create, reflecting our deepest soul yearning.
We will then sit for a Reiki meditation using the symbols, where we will also get the opportunity to make a crystal grid and empower any healing or goals in our life. We will let this settle, resting and giving ourselves Reiki.
This will follow with a gassho meditation before sending distance Reiki to someone within the circle, which can be continued in the days ahead.
The Reiju Empowerment will follow, a gentle ritual, very similar to the attunement to deepen your connection to the Reiki source.
We will finish the session by sharing Reiki (with the symbols) around the circle, before the option of an angel card.
You should leave feeling a greater connection to the Reiki symbols and their energy, and to yourself, calmer, centred, lighter, brighter and empowered!
Please don’t worry if you do not regularly give yourself Reiki and have forgotten the symbols, While we will ask you to try and learn them ahead of the session, they will be reinforced during the session itself.
This is an ideal workshop for those seeking empowerment and greater connection with the Reiki energy and the potential it can weave into their lives. The only requirement, other than a willingness to be open to the potential of Reiki and your own potential, is to be attuned to the three symbols shared at Reiki Level Two. We will journal throughout, so please bring a journal/a notebook! Ideal for CPD!
