For all Beinspired yoga & Reiki students, the opportunity to plant your own tree in your own garden, which you can nurture and care for and witness growing and transforming, helping to promote your wellbeing and the wellbeing of the planet in the process.

What’s the Plant A Tree Project all about? Find out more.

Who can have a tree: Any yoga and/or Reiki student who practices with Beinspired
What cost: They are free, it’s our offering to you and to the planet.
What kind of trees: Native trees - evergreen oaks, ash, sycamore, hawthorn and horse chestnuts.
How do I plant a tree: Find out here.
When: Saturday 2 October, between 10am - 1pm
Where: Collect from 2 Le Friquet Cottages, Rue des Bailleuls, St Andrews (see here for directions)
Do I need to book: No! We’re hoping there will be enough trees for those who would like one.
