The ideal antidote to the commercial Christmas mayhem!

Join Emma’s gifted cousin, Yolande Ifold (Reiki Master, Crystal Healer & Dowser), for this Winter Solstice crystal immersion and energy resetting course.

You’ll focus on which crystals to use this special time of year to maximise protection and emotional, mental and physical support for wellness and maintaining energy and balance through this draining time of the year - the lengthening nights and shortening of days until the Winter Solstice.

We will use this time to reconnect and reset as well as exploring the properties of specific crystals.

There will be a large selection of crystals available and you are also welcome to bring your own crystals to work with during the session.

A small selection of crystal jewellery will also be available for purchase.

Suitable for all levels of experience and ages from 8 years old.

Option 1 - Saturday 13th December 1.30pm - 3.00pm

Option 2 - Sunday 14th December 2.00pm - 3.30pm
