Build your confidence to spread the healing potential of Reiki

We are really keen to support you in spreading the love and healing potential of Reiki so that others can benefit too.

This session is ideal for those of you who really want to practice Reiki on others but perhaps lack the confidence, don’t have any willing recipients, or maybe just don’t know how to get going.

In an intimate and friendly group setting, Emma will guide you deeper inwards through breath awareness and a Gassho meditation. We will then pair up to practice giving and receiving Reiki.

A Reiki empowerment (Reiju empowerment) is offered to finish the session together, with oracle cards.
