Session three: change and how this causes our suffering
The third session of Mind Your Life, a series to help you understand the nature of your mind and how you might contain it to experience greater freedom and wellness in your life. Drawing on classical yoga philosophy, each session also incorporates a yoga practice, Yoga Nidra and journalling.
