An empowerment session is not a passive healing; it offers the opportunity for sacred awakening.
While an attunement literally tunes you into the Reiki energy, an Empowerment Session goes a layer deeper into your spiritual anatomy, gently. It is an intentional, high-vibrational ceremony designed to dissolve the energetic armouring, inherited blockages, and subconscious debris that keep you playing small or feeling disconnected from your path.
During this intimate transmission, we will create a sacred container to shift your frequency from the inside out:
Chakra clearing: We will bring awareness to the chakras (main energy centres) and use bio-dynamic exercises to consciously clear them, realigning your energetic field so you can reclaim your personal power, clear intuition, and sovereign voice.
Subconscious Unburdening: Encouraging your nervous system to enter a state of deep rest, through breath awareness and a chakra balancing guided relaxation, stagnant emotional blockages (the unexpressed grief, fear, or stress held in the cellular memory) are safely released and integrated.
Soul-Level Recalibration: You will be met exactly where you are with profound, intuitive holding. The empowerment will follow, helping you to deeply grounded into your physical body, yet be untethered and expanded in your spirit.
Oracle cards: These will be shared in sacred circle, around the central altar (please bring an offering to your soul) with an energy ball!
This is a homecoming. Step into the current of universal life force energy, remember your intrinsic wholeness, and re-ignite the light of your own soul.
