For those Reiki Level Two attuned and above, you are excitedly invited to join Emma to work with the symbols to further empower and heal you.
We will join together in circle for a meditative enquiry through the chakras, before enjoying some bio-dynamic exercises and a short and gentle yoga practice incorporating a guided chakra balancing relaxation (feel free to bring your chakra balancing crystals), to shift stagnant and/or blocked energy, and open up the energy channels.
We will then sit and feel into each of the symbols, noting how they make us feel, before considering the many ways we disempower ourselves and how this shows up in our life. We may consider then, how our life might be lived differently, if only we could resolve some of our outdated mental thought processes and core beliefs, our victimhood and blame hood, for example, and allow greater soul expression beyond the confines of the limiting ego.
A Reiki meditation using the symbols will follow, where we will have the opportunity to make a crystal grid and empower any healing or goals in our life. We will let this settle, resting and giving ourselves Reiki, before sending Reiki to someone by distance using the distance healing symbol.
A gassho meditation will follow taking is to the Reiju Empowerment, a gentle ritual, very similar to the attunement, to deepen your connection to the Reiki source.
We will finish the session by sharing Reiki (with the symbols) around the circle, before the option of a crystal oracle card.
You should leave feeling a greater connection to the Reiki symbols and their energy, and to yourself, calmer, centred, lighter, brighter and empowered!
Please don’t worry if you do not regularly give yourself Reiki and have forgotten the symbols. While we will ask you to try and learn them ahead of the session, they will be reinforced during the session itself.
This is an ideal workshop for those seeking empowerment and greater connection with the Reiki energy and the potential it can weave into our lives. The only requirement, other than a willingness to be open to the potential of Reiki and your own potential, is to be attuned to the three symbols shared at Reiki Level Two. There will be the opportunity for journaling, so please bring a journal/a notebook! Ideal for CPD!
