Yoni Yoga for the Spring Equinox

Ostara, the spring equinox, is a cause for celebration!

The spring equinox (and autumn equinox) represent the points of perfect balance in the earth’s journey around the sun. From now on more light will come in; spring is the sunrise of the year! In joyful response to the spring sunshine, life is opening, new beginnings and creativity are in the air – leaves are unfurling, buds are opening, shoots are growing, insects are returning, birds are singing, the land is greening and the spring flowers are blooming yellows, purples and pinks.

All of life is potent and we’ll try to tap into this ‘awakening’ and ‘balancing’ energy during our practice and see what is revealed to us – what is spring bring us?

Join me for a wonderfully nourishing and nurturing yoni yoga practice, in circle, just for us women.
