Entering the Heart with Yoga Asana

There’s a way to practice yoga postures that can help us to surrender and just love.

It’s a compassionate and kind way that encourages us to soften rather than harden, to be gentle rather than to push or pull, to be present rather than drift off. It’s a practice that can take us deep into the all-knowing heart, the pulse, the source of life.

This class will take you to that deeper space inside you, as we gently prepare the body to open into the heart space with some backbends and counterposes.

This practice is available to you regardless of yoga experience as this is a mindful approach, encouraging you to rest into yourself and literally rest when you need to.

Yoga asana simply means yoga postures. The practice will of course include breath awareness too and a final relaxation.
