Morning Yoga to Celebrate the Summer Solstice

Monday 21 June 2021 is the longest day of the year and the summer solstice, traditionally known as Litha, the most powerful day of the year for the Sun God. Join me to help tap into and embody this incredible surge of energy with a yoga practice to honour the Sun God. If the weather allows, we’ll practice both the morning and evening classes outside at the community centre so we can surround ourselves with the beauty and abundance of Mother Earth. If we’re lucky we might see the moon!

All are welcome, please bring a blanket for relaxation.

Usual cost of £12 per adult, £7 student and voucher system apply
