** FREE CELEBRATION | BOOKING REQUIRED **
We welcome you to join us in celebrating 15 years of Beinspired with an evening of kirtan, under the energy of the full moon lunar eclipse!
Kirtan is a very powerful meditation technique that involves singing / chanting devotional sanskrit mantras to open up the heart, connect us with our souls and bring us closer to the divine. It raises the vibration of everyone present (and the whole of the planet in the process!)
We will come together in circle and sing simple mantras (just 2 or 3 words) to the sound of the harmonium. Please do not be afraid to join us - you don’t have to sing, you can just enjoy the vibe.
Please bring whatever you would like to use to sit comfortably (cushions, blankets, mat/rug etc)
Friday 28th May | 7 - 8:30 PM
Castel Douzaine Room (directions here)
FREE as a gift from Emma to the Beinspired community
Booking is required due to limited capacity
Beinspired is 15 years old this month, and what a 15 years its been, with thousands of yoga classes both inside and outside at a variety of locations and hundreds of Reiki attunements, adventures to Herm, Sark, Glastonbury and Goa and students coming and going embracing the wonderful saying, ‘a season, a reason or a lifetime’ - some of you have been with us the whole way through and others are relatively new. We’re grateful to all of you regardless for sharing this journey with us as Beinspired continues to take on its own energy and as more of Emma’s dreams come into reality.
One of her dreams is finally coming to fruition after a patient wait. As many of you will know, Emma loves sound and chanting mantra and she has been praying for someone to lead kirtan. Finally that moment has arrived as Katie has arrived, like an angel, returning to Guernsey from Australia with a harmonium and the experience to lead kirtan sessions.
To celebrate our 15 years, we would be delighted if you joined us for an evening of Kirtan at Castel Douzaine Room on Friday 28 May from 7-8.30pm, just a few days after the full moon lunar eclipse.
