Yoga to Let Go of 2020 (with optional burning bowl ceremony)
Back by popular demand and much needed this year too; a yoga practice to let go of 2020 – with an optional burning bowl ceremony! It’s that time of year again to LET GO of anything that (we are now very clear) we don’t want to take with us into the NEW YEAR so that we may begin 2021 LIGHTER and BRIGHTER and ready to begin ANEW!
There is a lot of power in LETTING GO, because it is only when we find the courage to let go, that we allow space for the MAGIC of the NEW to enter our lives and help to re-align us more with our HEART and SOUL. Clinging on to the old through fear of letting go serves no one and will just deplete our energy and vitality in the long run so let go, let go, let go into 2021!
The class will weave together asana (postures), pranayama (breath), mudra (hand gestures), mantra (repetition of sound) and relaxation to shift the old and make way for the new, deepening our awareness of body, mind and soul and raising consciousness (hopefully!) in the process, so that we’ll be positively vibrating into 2021…we’ll try anyway!
There’ll be the option to stay after class and write down all those things you’d like to let go of from your life, before folding and placing the paper (confidentially) into an envelope, which Emma will seal, Reiki and then burn back at home in the safety of the garden! This all on the waxing moon, so a fab time to be letting gooooooooooo…
