An Outdoor Yoga Class to Celebrate the Summer Solstice

Traditionally, the Summer Solstice marks the fire festival of Litha, the most powerful day of the year for the Sun God, with the longest day and shortest night.

Join me to celebrate this magical day with a yoga class in the sun-lit garden, surrounded by the beauty and abundance of Mother Earth.

In line with ancient practice, we’ll be having a bonfire at our stone circle after the class, you’re very welcome to join us to light a candle and enjoy a cup of herbal tea, totally optional.
