Join me on bank holiday Monday to celebrate the cross quarter festival of Beltane and tap into this marvellously uplifting and energising energy!

Beltane represents the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer, when Earth energies are at their strongest and most active.  All of life is bursting with potent fertility and at this point in the Wheel of the Year, the potential becomes conception. Abundant fertility is the central theme! It is about sexuality and sensuality, passion, vitality and joy. A brilliant moment in the Wheel of the Year to bring ideas, hopes and dreams into action, and have some fun in the process. 

So together we will aim to have some fun, as we link breath with movement, while having awareness of energies of alignment and finishing with a relaxation. Hopefully we'll gain greater clarity on our ideas, hopes and dreams and putting these into action, as we tap into the strong Beltane energy. All welcome, no need to book.
