Let's celebrate the increasing light with a light filled practice, helping to deepen your connection to prana (life force), and encourage present moment awareness.
We'll seek length through the spine and into the body, helping to both strengthen and increase flexibility, encouraging the energy to flow more easily and increasing the capacity for breath.
We'll finish with some guided pranayama (breathing exercises) and the opportunity to stay seated in meditation or enjoy a silent relaxation.

Cost: £11 adult drop-in or £45 for 5 tokens payable in advance, £6 students.
What to bring: A yoga mat and a blanket or cushion for the seated meditation/relaxation.
Everyone is welcome, including beginners.
