We feel tired when our energy is not flowing well. We need to look honestly at our life and see what is depleting us, not only people and jobs but also the thought patterns and core beliefs we hold. Also if we are continuously carrying our past around with us then this too can get exhausting and tire us out.

Doing too much and giving too much can also exhaust us so we need to consider what underlies this, understand the reason we do too much and give too much in the first place. 

We offer these suggestions based on our own experience and understanding, but what works for one person doesn’t always work for the next. So please always work with your own intuition, keep checking in and doing what feels right for you on your path to better health.

Other things to try

Sea Salt Baths and dipping in the sea might help depending on the severity of our tiredness.
Connecting to nature, being amongst trees, forest bathing, hugging a tree, going barefoot, can all help.
Rest whenever you can, this is essential. See audios above to help with this. 
Smudge with sage to clear your aura. 
Be honest with yourself about anyone and anything that depletes your energy and slowly releasing them/it from your life.
