Self Love
Cultivating self-love takes time. We may have been harming ourselves through our words and actions for some time so we have to be gentle with ourselves as we begin to reveal more of our patterns of self-harm in its many guises. We need to weed out our resistance to self-love and anything which gets in the way of our ability to love and accept ourselves as we are in this moment.
We offer these suggestions based on our own experience and understanding, but what works for one person doesn’t always work for the next. So please always work with your own intuition, keep checking in and doing what feels right for you on your path to better health.
