What better way to set the energy for the year ahead than by joining together in circle on our mats and practising yoga?
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect body, mind and soul after all the celebrations. A gentle practise in a warm and nourishing environment, in circle, with warmth, candles, beautiful music and our own beautiful energy.
We might consider our year ahead, and what we’d like to let go of and bring in instead. We’ll breathe, practice asana (postures) with mindfulness and depth and relax into ourselves.
This will be followed by a Reiki share session 5:30-5:30 on the same meeting room.
WHEN: Saturday 1st January, 4pm - 5:15pm (or until 5:50 for Reiki share)
