A tight chest can be indicative of a tight relationship with self and life. Sometimes we just need to let go and give ourself permission to have fun and enjoy each moment, opening ourself to happiness and knowing that we are worthy and deserving of it.

Frequently we will take on too much responsibility, feeling responsible for our family, friends and work colleagues. We need to remember that we are not responsible for everyone else’s experience of life, only they can truly take responsibility for the manner in which they respond to life.

We are not responsible for the health and wellbeing of the world!

We offer these suggestions based on our own experience and understanding, but what works for one person doesn’t always work for the next. So please always work with your own intuition, keep checking in and doing what feels right for you on your path to better health.

Other things to try

Since a tight chest can be indicative of tight relationship with self and life, try to simply let go.
