Yoni Yoga - Yoga for women

Yoni means home, or place of rest, and that's what Yoni Yoga is all about.  It's about coming home to ourselves through a gentle and restful approach to our yoga practice. The practice incorporates various tantrik yogic techniques including yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), sound, mudra (gestures), yoga nidra (deep rest) and meditation, encouraging greater connection to self, enhancing creativity and intuition and supporting women’s health and wellbeing. Beginners are welcome. Jai Maa!
