I am passionate about the healing and transformative potential of yoga, and I am passionate about sharing this with others. I truly believe it would be better world if everyone practiced yoga - so here is my offering to you, a chance to practice yoga in the comfort of your own home for free.  Please share with others too! 
 


7 DAY CHALLENGE

In September 2017, we held a 7 Day Yoga Challenge. We have uploaded the videos here, so you can do this challenge any week you fancy, to experience the transformative effect of yoga for yourselves. Each day we focus on a different energy centre so that you can finish the seven days feeling energised, balanced, grounded, calm, peaceful and empowered.  All you’ve got to do is prioritise the time, get on your mat and press play.

Special Note for Women
Pregnant women should not practice any twists or abdominal tightening poses and should consult with their doctor before beginning any exercise or yoga programme. During menstruation (moon days), women should not practice inverted poses, advanced backbends or exercises involving vigorous movements.
