What should I expect from a Beinspired retreatment?
Our intention is to offer participants the opportunity to take time out to restore, rejuvenate, relax, de-stress and reconnect with the self and others in peaceful and tranquil environments, while deepening one’s experience and knowledge of Yoga both on and off the mat, thereby helping to increase one’s general sense of wellbeing.
What sort of yoga asana will be available?
Be inspired teaches variations of Hatha Yoga combining the conscious linking of the breath with awareness on alignment including Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and relaxation.
The Yoga classes will cater for all levels of ability from complete beginners to those who have not practiced for a few years to those who enjoy a regular practice – a basic level of fitness will, however, be required. Alternatives will be provided where necessary so you simply practice to your own ability and can rest as necessary.
Who will be teaching?
More information regarding our current teachers is available here.
What daily schedule can I expect?
The daily schedule may vary but tends to incorporate the following:-
- early morning meditation/pranayama session
- morning asana session

- free time / optional treatments and art class
- lunch
- free time and mindful walking meditation
- chanting session
- late afternoon Pranayama and Asana session with extended relaxation
- dinner
