Join me for an active yoga class linking breath with movement as we seek to gain greater awareness of the energy body, release energy blockages, and create greater union of body, mind and soul.
The class will include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), Bija Mantra (repetition of mantra relevant to the 7 main chakras) and a Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).
WHERE: St Martin's Community Centre – downstairs in the main hall
COST: £12 adult drop-in or £50 for 5 tokens payable in advance, £7 students.
WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat and a blanket.
WHO CAN ATTEND: Everyone is welcome, including beginners. No need to book, drop-in.
