Join us for our annual yoga 'class on the grass' at La Niche, Vazon on Sunday 25th June! Optional buffet afterwards. All are welcome including beginners, just bring along a mat or a towel. All proceeds will go equally to The Eleanor Foundation and The Ivy Trust Guernsey. Directions are below.

The Eleanor Foundation - Eleanor Carey was studying Overseas Development in London, when she was tragically killed, while cycling to University. She had worked in South Africa with Water Aid and was determined to help rural communities have access to fresh water, something we take so for granted. I’m inspired that someone as young as Eleanor was already focused on helping to make a difference in the world and it is terribly sad that she lost her life and we are keen to raise funds to help with the work that she intended.

The Ivy Trust Guernsey - this Trust supports parents who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby either during pregnancy or soon after birth. The Trust is dedicated to providing support for parents in three main areas:

Personal support for parents

Maintaining the Ivy Room on Loveridge Ward and providing them with equipment to ensure the most vulnerable babies have the best possible chance of survival.

Options for Remembrance including the creation of the Ivy Remembrance Garden in the hospital grounds

We can't imagine how tough this must be and we are keen to do all we can to help.
