Beinspired Yoga_ New Moon_19.JPG

The Full Moon is the high point of the lunar cycle. The energies build and build to the Full Moon and then…bang! There’s some full moon madness with the emotional peaks and imbalance followed by a huge cosmic sigh. With all that heightened energy, it’s a very powerful time for inner work – for looking within, listening, healing, shifting blocks and letting go of the past. It’s also the time to forgive and express gratitude, helping to raise your vibration ahead of the new beginnings of the new moon.

Join me to look inwardly with a nurturing, soul soothing, self-loving and transformative yoga session to help you stay sane, balanced and grounded during the Full moon, letting go of what's no longer needed.

The session includes intention, yoga postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation on the breath and a guided chakra balancing meditation.

When: Thursday 5 October 2017

Time: 6.15-7.30pm

Where: St Martin’s Community Centre Fermain Room (downstairs)

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, warm clothes for cosy relaxation, some crystals and anything else you wish to infuse with the energy of the practice and full moon.

In service and with love and gratitude
